Darkmoon Faire part 2

Here we are again at the Darkmoon Faire. You may believe that the only thing you can do at the Darkmoon Faire is turn in decks but there are a few other things you can do there.

Don't Forget the Vendors
At the Darkmoon Faire there are two vendors that have some valuable stuff on them. This vendor http://www.wowhead.com/npc=14846 and this vendor  http://www.wowhead.com/npc=14847 are the two vendors that stock some useful items. The items are on a limited supply so you may want to place one alt there for them and check back every so often.


Dense Grinding Stones
I first saw this idea here http://consortium.stormspire.net/showthread.php?751-Guide-Profit-From-Dense-Stones-and-the-Darkmoon-Fair .  It involves turning in mass amounts of dense grinding stones for tickets at the Darkmoon Faire and then purchasing either the greater or the lesser darkmoon prize. The idea is that since each of the prizes can drop nearly anything you are hoping to get lucky and get a rare recipe. There are several rare recipes that you can get from it. You should aim to get stacks of dense stone at around 2g or less a stack. Even if you don't get any rare recipes, you do get a lot of uncommon quality items that I usually sell for 25g each or you can of course disenchant them and sell the mats.
